Info on deliveries and transport costs
We deliver your goods through BPost Belgium. Usually you will have your goods in house within a week. Transport costs are calculated based on the country you want the delivery to be sent to (Belgium: 7,00 euro, Netherlands & Germany: 8,5 euro, UK: 13,00 euro).
If you are in Belgium you can also pick up a delivery at our warehouse in Oudenaarde, however only after making an appointment by phone (tel: +32 55 300 300).
Privacy policy
Western Point respects the privacy of all the visitors to this site and makes sure that the personal information you provide is treated confidentially. We use your data to process your orders as quickly and smoothly as possible. We will only use your data with your consent an in line with the legal rules on privacy in Belgium. Western Point will never sell your data to third parties and only provide them to third parties in the context of processing the order and delivering the goods.
Ordering and tracking orders
You can only order through the website, we will not take orders over the phone, fax or email. You will need to register to place your order, once this is done you can track the progress of your order on your personal account page.
Payment and prices
You can pay on the site by credit card, paypal or wire transfer. All prices are indicated VAT included. Depending on where you operate from and whether you have entered a valid VAT number you may be charged prices excluding VAT. Western Point also has a wholesale offer for professionals reselling our goods. Please contact us with the necessary proof of your professional activities (VAT number, website, ...) through this form and we will activate your professional account.

Returning goods
You have the right to return goods within twoo weeks of delivery in case a product is not what you had expected.
How to proceed:
 - You send us the the article in the original state and packaging without damage.
 - We will refund you within two weeks in case you want to receive the money back, in case of an exchange we will send the exchange article immedially and free of changer.
Our inventory
Most of the goods you find on the site are available in our warehouse in Belgium. For articles we do not have readily available we work with suppliers that will deliver within two weeks. In case a product is to ordered from our supplier that will be indicated when you complete your order.
Changing your data
At all times you can manage your data yourself. You can change your contact or delivery adress, payment profile and preferences on your personal account page. On this very page you will also find an overview of what you have bought in our webshop in the past and you can re-order it there. This way you never need to look far for your favourite article.
